Who we are

Clawmatic Business (clawmatic.eu) is a Done-For-You AI automation agency serving small and mid-sized businesses across Europe. We build custom AI systems, workflows, and automations for our clients. We are not affiliated with Anthropic or any third-party AI provider beyond standard API usage.

What data we collect

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use this site (pages visited, time on site, country). This data is anonymous and aggregated. We do not collect names, email addresses, or personal details unless you contact us directly or book a call via Calendly.

Analytics are only loaded after you give consent via the cookie banner.

Third-party services

• Calendly — used for booking free audit calls. Their privacy policy applies when you book a session.
• Stripe — handles payments for any paid services. Their privacy policy applies at checkout.
• Supabase — our backend for platform accounts, teams, assistants, documents, credits and usage. Data is stored on EU servers where configured.
• Vercel / VPS — hosts this website. May log IP addresses for security purposes.
• Dify — powers our AI agent features. Queries are not stored beyond session duration.

Your rights (GDPR)

As an EU resident you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold. Since we collect no personal data directly on this site, there is nothing to delete. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies and declining the banner on your next visit.

For platform account data, you may request deletion by contacting us via the contact page.

Data retention

Anonymous analytics data is retained for 14 months (Google Analytics default). Platform account data is retained for the duration of your account and deleted within 30 days of a deletion request.
